John Prescott (he/him)
John has been actively been doing yoga for 20+ years when he first started in high school as an elective class!
While being a PE coach, John took a yoga training a couple of years ago and would instruct his athletes in all kinds of stretches and yoga postures. He knew he eventually wanted to be a more certified yoga instructor, helping athletes and working with people.
He’s spent the last two years studying Thai yoga massage and restorative and yin yoga.
Fun Fact: John is a “semi-retired,” classically trained French chef. For 25+ years, he worked all around the globe and in some of the most famous restaurants in the world.
